The Hotel Sonneck in Reit im Winkl, located in the Blindau district, is the ideal starting point for motorcycle tours through the Alps and the beautiful Chiemgau region.
We ride motorcycles ourselves and enjoy touring our magnificent region.
We have covered parking spaces for your motorcycles, tools, a drying room for wet gear, and, of course, a refreshing cold drink on our sun terrace after a motorcycle ride. In the evening, enjoy delicious meals in our restaurant, and breakfast is served in the morning, of course.

From the Hotel Sonneck in Reit im Winkl, head west toward Kössen, Sebi, Aschau, Gstadt am Chiemsee, Chieming, Grabenstätt, (detour to the Seewirts Strandhaus, Julius-Exter-Promenade 11, 83236 Übersee – chill out a bit right by the lake) Grassau, Schleching, Reit im Winkl Sonneck.

MOUNTAINS, PASSES, LAKES*
A fantastic motorcycle tour featuring the Alps, the Dolomites, swimming, winding roads, and elevations up to 2,050 m. Be sure to bring your swimwear.

From Hotel Sonneck toward St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Jochberg, Pass Thurn, Mittersill, Tauern Pass, Huben, Staller Sattel, Restaurant Platz am See for a short break, Oberrasen, Geiselberg, Saint Vigil, up and down the Old Brenner Road with a quick coffee break at Anita’s (delicious coffee), Innsbruck, Kufstein, Kössen, Reit im Winkl, Hotel Sonneck.

A tour that takes you through small villages and breathtaking scenery, with great curves, uphill and downhill, and a snack at the Postalm.
Approx. 280 KM – travel time without breaks approx. 5 hours.
From Hotel Sonneck toward Ruhpolding, Schmelz, Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, Hallein, Sankt Kolomann, Postalm. Return via Strobl, St. Gilgen, Fuschl am See, Ebenau, Krispl, Storach, Veitlbruch, Bayerisch Gmain, Ruhpolding, Reit im Winkl, and back to Hotel Sonneck.
